Proposal Privacy Terms

1. Blueprint & RFP Confidentiality

Any engineering design records, CAD files, pricing variables, site coordinates, or geotechnical reports submitted to our bidding estimators are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not distribute these files to third parties without prior written consent.

2. Collection of Business Data

We collect organizational demographics, company names, contact phone lines, and project parameters to calculate tender proposals, pre-qualify bidding records, and coordinate construction scheduling.

3. Document Security Protocols

Our bidding servers utilize standard access tokens and firewalls to secure uploaded PDFs and blueprints. Archived files are kept in secure directories with read permissions restricted to estimating staff.

4. NDA Execution
